Thank God companies rip each other off
Were you sad when John Frieda Beach Blond was discontinued? Me too.
Fortunatly, this seems to be the exact same thing:
I dunno how patents for hair care products work, but besides the bottle, there doesn't seem to be a single difference between the two.

What brand is that? Have you tried it?

Heh, I just spent like $25.00 on a bottle of that John Frieda stuff on eBay, I was so hooked on it a few years ago. Have you actually tried the mark stuff? Most importantly, does it smell the same??? :)
Mark.? The Avon Mark? I know the difference. it's way less expensive. And it smells nicer. I wish I was a blonde sometimes... than I'd have an excuse for being so dumb.
I admit it, I actually haven't tried it--I have used Beach Blond before, though, and with tremendously good results. The other one is Mark (the Avon company), and judging by the marketing, it's totally the same basic idea.
oh my god! thank you so much for this post,
i just recently found out that beach blonde was discontinued and i've been treating my bottle of it like it's gold ever since. one of my favorite things about the beach blonde was the smell, so i'm hoping the mark is similar!! ha, this totally made my day. thanks :D.
Happy to be of service :)
Sad is not the right word, I was heartbroken. It was the only product to ever make my stick straight hair gorgeous and wavy. I have found ferrakie(sp?) has one thats ok, great smell, and sunsilk does as well but I havent tried it yet.
