Regarding Episode 9

I. am. so. tired. And unfortunately, you can hear it in my voice in this episode. No, I’m not raspy or anything, I just horribly mispronounce a bunch of words, and am too lazy to correct myself. Oops.

So, since this episode’s about fashion magazines, I don’t really need to give you any links, do I? Oh come ON, you can just buy the magazine! It’s not hard. Geez. Fine.

www.luckymag.com
www.style.com
www.allure.com.
www.fitnessmagazine.com
www.teenvogue.com.

But the magazines is always MUCH better than the website. So go download the podcast and hear what I have to say about them at principessapazza.blogmatrix.com!

Oh, and today I'm wearing a teal short-sleeved sweater with an asymmetrical v-neck, dark james jeans, tan pumas, and big round mother of pearl earrings. The theme is 'pretty.'

How dares my harsh rude tongue speak such unpleasing news?

Just a quick update, for those of you who are wondering if I'm dead or not: the answer's no. But I might as well be, for all the work I have to do. I'll probably get the next episode, which is about fashion magazines (want my unsolicited opinions? Too bad! You're getting 'em) by Tuesday night, but probably not any sooner.

Unless, of course, someone wants to tell my French professor that the standards of this paper are insane (please?).

Oh, and anyone who can email me (principessadeipazzi@hotmail.com) and tell me what play the (slightly modified) subject line came from gets to pick the subject of an episode. I bet no one can figure it out.

And one last thing: I'm wearing a pink t-shirt with a tea party on it, earrings shaped like crowns, dark Bartack jeans, and sandals that are sort of made of Mexican poncho material.

Off to the races

Hmm. Interesting.

I was just looking at the statistics for this show, and I’m somewhat surprised by how the episodes rate in popularity. The most popular episode was downloaded by 218 people (excluding subscribers, of course, who faithfully listen to every episode… right?)—not a bad number. What surprises me is that the episode that the 218 chose, making it the triumphant winner was episode 2—back to school shopping. Interesting choice, listeners.

Don’t get me wrong, I love back to school shopping, and I hope that it was a good episode. It’s just that it’s something you can read about in every fashion magazine on the planet. Well, I guess the same thing that sells the magazine persuaded people to download.

In a relatively close second is Episode 1, which is about nothing at all, really, but is still a wise choice, because it introduces the show. Almost tied in third and fourth places are episodes three and seven, which cover ballet fashion and French fashion, respectively. Listeners get 10 taste points here—these were both damn good episodes, if I do say so myself.

Episodes 4 and 5, which are about buying designer clothes at a discount and beauty, have surprisingly small download numbers—I say surprising because who wouldn’t want to buy some cheap chanel and follow it with a makeup purchase? Hmmm.

Know what my advice is? Download them all or subscribe, and email me and tell me what you liked, and what you’d like to hear about. Until I hear from someone, the next episode’s about fashion magazines (one subject that you’ll never find in a magazine—so listen!).

Lazy much?

Today, I listened to a rap album that a good friend of mine made this summer. It's pretty impressive to be so young and to have put out an album. Kinda makes me feel like I haven't accomplished enough.

Fortunately, for those of you who, upon hearing about my friend's album, also feel that you need to accomplish more, the newest episode of my podcast, What I Wore, is on making your own jewelry. So go! Create! Accomplish! But first, download the episode at http://principessapazza.blogmatrix.com, or subscribe through iTunes.

Oh yeah. Today, I wore cropped, cuffed, jeans, leather barely-there thong sandals, a green, cap-sleeved top with a ruched mesh overlay (think Elizabethan-looking), and earrings that are little crowns to match the princess top. Tomorrow, I'm wearing dark, extremely broken-in jeans, an Odille pink t-shirt with a lot of darting for a close fit, light pink ballet flats with brown trim, and round turquoise earrings.

Tell me that I must have looked gorgeous or that my taste sucks by emailing me at principessadeipazzi@hotmail.com!

Necessary Info...

Ok, so the purpose of this blog is basically to give additional information that my podcast doesn't. My podcast can be found at http://principesspazza.blogmatrix.com, and you can subscribe there (hint, hint). In the near future (by which I mean next time I'm bored, which'll probably be in 15 minutes), I'll be putting up the websites where you can find the things that I talk about in previous episodes of my podcast. Enjoy!
